After having interviewed several designers in the process of looking for someone to help me remodel my master bathroom, I instantly clicked with Courtney the moment I met her.  It was clear to me that she was the designer I wanted to work with.  She was articulate, poised, and focused.  She expressed interest in understanding my design needs and budgetary wishes for the project.  Most of all, in that first conversation, she instilled confidence in me that the job could be fun!  And she delivered.  Throughout the project, she shared her design talents and knowledge with enthusiasm that made me feel excited about the work we were doing.  There were a few glitches along the way, which could not have been foreseen, but which Courtney addressed with the utmost professionalism as she reassured me and worked seamlessly with contractors to correct any problems.  The result was a remodeled master bathroom that was more beautiful and functional than I ever could have imagined, that I am still enjoying today.  Two years later, when I wanted to remodel my kitchen, I could not imagine collaborating with anyone but Courtney and considered myself fortunate to be able to work with her again on a much larger scale.  Once again, she patiently worked with me to design a completely new room, with new cabinets, appliances, and even a new floor.  My 1980ʻs kitchen was transformed into a beautiful, functional space that was updated in every detail.  The most salient feature of working with Courtney was that she made what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable, creative experience, which then resulted in new rooms in my house that my family has continued to enjoy.  I could not have done it without her.  Moreover, I know I would not have enjoyed doing it with anyone else.  Courtney is a rare pearl among designers, not only because of her design capabilities and creativity, but also because of her warm personality and fine character.  She was an absolute pleasure to work with, she gave me that "I can do this" feeling, and I am still loving the results of our work together.
